La mia azienda apistica nasce nell’anno 2000 proprio a Rossano in provincia di Cosenza.  nato tutto per hobby. Ho acquistato i miei primi alveari, dedicando a questa passione solo la domenica e qualche pomeriggio, perché svolgevo un altro lavoro.
Anno dopo anno aumentavano sia gli alveari che l’esperienza, fino a consolidare la vera azienda apistica nel 2021, allestendo anche un piccolo laboratorio di smielatura con pochi attrezzi che mi permettono di invasettare un miele del tutto artigianale e naturale rispettando sia l’ambiente che le api stesse.
Ad oggi riusciamo, nelle buone annate, a produrre 5 varietà di mieli eccellenti:
Miele di agrumi,  miele millefiori, miele di castagno, mielata di bosco ed eucalipto.
Spostiamo le varie arnie di api inseguendo le varie fioriture nell’entroterra Rossanese e zone limitrofe.

My beekeeping business was founded in 2000 in Rossano, in the province of Cosenza. It all started as a hobby. I purchased my first hives, dedicating only Sundays and a few afternoons to this passion because I had another job.
Year after year, both the hives and my experience increased, until I consolidated my beekeeping business in 2021. I also set up a small honey extraction laboratory with minimal equipment that allows me to bottle completely artisanal and natural honey, respecting both the environment and the bees themselves.
Today, in good years, we produce five varieties of excellent honey:
Citrus honey, wildflower apple honey, chestnut honey, forest honeydew, and eucalyptus honey.
We move the various bee hives around Rossano and surrounding areas, following the various blooms.

Mein Imkereibetrieb wurde im Jahr 2000 in Rossano in der Provinz Cosenza gegründet. Alles begann als Hobby. Ich kaufte meine ersten Bienenstöcke und widmete dieser Leidenschaft nur sonntags und einige Nachmittage, da ich noch einen anderen Job hatte.
Jahr für Jahr wuchsen sowohl die Bienenstöcke als auch meine Erfahrung, bis ich 2021 meinen Imkereibetrieb konsolidierte. Außerdem richtete ich ein kleines Honiglabor mit minimaler Ausrüstung ein, das es mir ermöglicht, vollständig handwerklich hergestellten und natürlichen Honig abzufüllen und dabei sowohl die Umwelt als auch die Bienen selbst zu respektieren.
Heute produzieren wir in guten Jahren fünf Sorten exzellenten Honigs:
Zitrushonig, Wildblüten-Apfelhonig, Kastanienhonig, Waldhonigtau und Eukalyptushonig.
Wir bewegen die verschiedenen Bienenstöcke in Rossano und Umgebung, je nach Blütenlage.
