Il birrificio si trova nel cuore del Parco Nazionale della Sila, nella città di San Giovanni in Fiore (Cs) situata a 1200 m  s.l.m.

Luogo ideale per produrre birra, il cui ingrediente principale e fondamentale risulta l’acqua che scorga dallo splendido altopiano. La birra essendo per il 95% acqua, è molto influenzata da quest’ultima; per cui è la sua purezza e qualità che permette la creazione di un prodotto con caratteristiche uniche.

Realizzata con materie prime coltivate in azienda o provenienti da aziende calabresi, una combinazioni di elementi che permettono di produrre un prodotto artigianale di qualità.

Il messaggio che si vuole trasmettere, è quello di un prodotto legato al territorio; 

Il logo fa proprio riferimento alla storia del paese, riprendendo, uno dei 7 simboli dell’abate Gioacchino da Fiore, monaco cistercense di spirito profetico dotato, fondatore dell’Abbazia Florense. 

Lo slogan “Il fiore della Calabria”, vuole alludere al paese natale, proponendolo appunto come un fiore all’occhiello di una regione meravigliosa… 

I nomi delle birre, “volevamo ringraziare i nostri genitori intitolando una birra”, Daniela e Isidoro da cui “DAISY”, che coincidenza corrisponde alla traduzione letteraria in inglese di margherita.

Da qui l’idea di proporre il filone dei fiore per ogni prodotto.

I valori che, da anni contraddistinguono l’azienda sono passione e amore per il lavoro…

The brewery is located in the heart of the Sila National Park, in the city of San Giovanni in Fiore (Cs) located at 1200 m above sea level.

The logo refers to the history of the country, taking up one of the 7 symbols of the abbot Gioacchino da Fiore, a Cistercian monk with a gifted prophetic spirit, founder of the Florense Abbey.

The slogan “The flower of Calabria”, wants to allude to the native country, proposing it as a flagship of a wonderful region…

The names of the beers, “we wanted to thank our parents by naming a beer”, Daniela and Isidoro from which “DAISY”, which coincidence corresponds to the literary translation in English of margherita.

Hence the idea of ​​proposing the flower theme for each product.

The values ​​that have distinguished the company for years are passion and love for work…

Die Brauerei befindet sich im Herzen des Sila-Nationalparks in der Stadt San Giovanni in Fiore (Cs) auf 1200 m über dem Meeresspiegel.

Ein idealer Ort für die Bierherstellung, dessen wichtigster und grundlegender Bestandteil das Wasser ist, das aus der herrlichen Hochebene sprudelt. Da Bier zu 95 % aus Wasser besteht, wird es stark von Wasser beeinflusst. Daher ermöglichen seine Reinheit und Qualität die Herstellung eines Produkts mit einzigartigen Eigenschaften.

Hergestellt aus Rohstoffen aus eigenem Anbau oder von kalabrischen Unternehmen – eine Kombination von Elementen, die die Herstellung eines hochwertigen handwerklichen Produkts ermöglichen.

Wir möchten die Botschaft eines Produkts vermitteln, das mit der Region verbunden ist.

Das Logo bezieht sich auf die Geschichte des Landes und greift eines der sieben Symbole des Abtes Gioacchino da Fiore auf, eines Zisterziensermönchs mit prophetischer Gabe und Gründer der Abtei von Florenz.

Der Slogan „Die Blume Kalabriens“ spielt auf die Heimat an und präsentiert sie als Aushängeschild einer wunderschönen Region.

Die Namen der Biere – „Wir wollten unseren Eltern danken, indem wir ein Bier nach ihnen benannten“, Daniela und Isidoro – sind abgeleitet von „DAISY“, was zufällig der literarischen Übersetzung von Margherita im Englischen entspricht.

Daher entstand die Idee, für jedes Produkt ein Blumenthema anzubieten.

Die Werte, die das Unternehmen seit Jahren auszeichnen, sind Leidenschaft und Liebe zur Arbeit.
