Il Paradiso delle Api

Nel punto più stretto della Calabria, tra i due mari Ionio e Tirreno, in loc. Acqua Santa, ( Amato ) dalla passione di Roberto per l’Allevamento delle Api nasce  L’Apicoltura “ Il Paradiso delle Api” Grazie alla sua posizione e al clima favorevoli, che rendono unica una biodiversità molto variabile, e grazie anche ha un nomadismo attento e oculato, l’azienda riesce a produrre nel rispetto della natura e dell’ambiente  miele pregiato e di altissima qualità, assecondando le fioriture stagionali. Tra le qualità di miele prodotto:  miele di Agrumi, miele fiori di Castagno, di Eucalipto, di Sulla, di Erica e il pregiatissimo miele di Acacia, tipico della zona. Il miele di Acacia grazie all’impollinazione dei profumatissimi fiori di Acacia, si presenta in colore chiaro quasi trasparente, dal profumo e aroma delicato. La sua estrazione avviene attraverso una smielatura a freddo avvalendosi di moderni macchinari. L’Azienda, oltre alla produzione di miele e prodotti dell’alveare permette agli appasionati di partecipare a visite guidate e attività nel magnifico mondo delle api.  

In the narrowest point of Calabria, between the Ionian and Tyrrhenian seas, in Acqua Santa, (Amato) from Roberto’s passion for beekeeping was born the Beekeeping “Il Paradiso delle Api” Thanks to its favorable position and climate, which make a very variable biodiversity unique, and also thanks to a careful and prudent nomadism, the company manages to produce, respecting nature and the environment, high quality and precious honey, following the seasonal blooms. Among the qualities of honey produced: Citrus honey, Chestnut flower honey, Eucalyptus honey, Sulla honey, Heather honey and the very precious Acacia honey, typical of the area. Thanks to the pollination of the very fragrant Acacia flowers, Acacia honey has a light, almost transparent color, with a delicate scent and aroma. Its extraction takes place through cold honey extraction using modern machinery. The company, in addition to the production of honey and beehive products, allows enthusiasts to participate in guided tours and activities in the magnificent world of bees.

An der engsten Stelle Kalabriens, zwischen dem Ionischen und Tyrrhenischen Meer, in der Ortschaft. Aus Robertos Leidenschaft für die Bienenzucht entstand in Acqua Santa (Amato) die Bienenzucht „Il Paradiso delle Api“. Dank der günstigen Lage und des Klimas, die eine sehr vielfältige und einzigartige Artenvielfalt hervorbringen, sowie dank eines sorgfältigen und umsichtigen Nomadentums gelingt es dem Unternehmen, im Einklang mit der saisonalen Blütenblüte unter Berücksichtigung der Natur und der Umwelt hochwertigen und wertvollen Honig zu produzieren. Zu den produzierten Honigqualitäten zählen: Zitrushonig, Kastanienblütenhonig, Eukalyptushonig, Sulla-Honig, Heidehonig und der für die Region typische, hochgeschätzte Akazienhonig. Akazienhonig hat dank der Bestäubung der stark duftenden Akazienblüten eine helle, fast durchsichtige Farbe sowie ein zartes Aroma und einen zarten Duft. Die Gewinnung erfolgt durch Kaltextraktion mit modernen Maschinen. Neben der Produktion von Honig und Bienenprodukten bietet das Unternehmen Liebhabern auch Führungen und Aktivitäten in die wunderbare Welt der Bienen an.
