L ‘Azienda nasce nel febbraio del 1975, oltre trent’anni d’esperienza per rendere i prodotti di qualità eccellente. Tramandata da padre in figlio,la produzione artigianale, offre varie tipologie di prodotti: frese di grano duro, di mais, integrali e i tipici taralli “Aiellesi”, semplici o con i semi di”aranzi” cotti seguendo l’antica tradizone. 

The company was founded in February 1975, over thirty years of experience to make excellent quality products. Handed down from father to son, the artisan production offers various types of products: durum wheat, corn, whole wheat and the typical “Aiellesi” taralli, plain or with “aranzi” seeds cooked following the ancient tradition.

Das Unternehmen wurde im Februar 1975 gegründet und verfügt über mehr als dreißig Jahre Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Produkten hervorragender Qualität. Die handwerkliche Produktion, die vom Vater an den Sohn weitergegeben wird, bietet verschiedene Arten von Produkten: Hartweizen, Mais, Vollkorn und die typischen Taralli „Aiellesi“, pur oder mit „Aranzi“-Samen, nach alter Tradition zubereitet.
