Ristorante Miramare

Non ho voglia di annoiarti e raccontarti la storia della nostra azienda come fanno tutte. Sono sicuro che se volevi farti dire che siamo i “leader nel nostro settore” oppure volevi vedere la lista dei soliti numeri e dati noiosi, non saresti mai stato incuriosito dalla nostra attività perché il nostro obiettivo principale è sorprenderti, in ogni modo e ad ogni costo ma soprattutto con stile!
Voglio proporti una breve escursione per mostrarti in breve chi siamo e cosa facciamo per te… però solo se mi concederai di essere po’ romantico!
… Immagina un posto incastrato tra le acque cristalline di un mare intatto, incontaminato. Con alle spalle un manto verde di colline e un paesaggio che non ne vuole proprio sapere delle lancette dell’orologio, immortalato in un tempo etereo.
Immerso nel calore avvolgente di un intenso tramonto ci se tu, seduto davanti ad un opera d’arte fumante e ti chiedi se sei stordito dalla bellezza del paesaggio o dalla fragranza del tuo piatto. Abbassi lo sguardo. Chiudi gli occhi e ti lasci trasportare da un esplosione di sapori.
Davanti a te si presenta maestosa e trionfante, un metro di frittura del miglior pescato che richiama i colori del paesaggio. Asciutta, dorata, croccante al punto giusto. Superba, conscia che è lei la vera protagonista. Lei ha la bellezza altezzosa di chi sa che è stata scelta tra tante, selezionata in ogni sua componente, maneggiata delicatamente, avvolta da una croccante impanatura, impreziosita con aromi ricercati, immobilizzata da un olio bollente è stata costretta a rivelarsi, a trasformarsi in sapore! …
Una meraviglia vero?
Ti ringrazio di avermi concesso questo momento di puro romanticismo ma tranquillo che non ti voglio svegliare perché questo non è un sogno, o perlomeno non è il nostro!
E chi sarà dunque questo coraggioso sognatore che è riuscito a portare in realtà un tale miraggio?
Sono i fratelli Zicca: Marco, Mimmo e Teresa che nell’estate del 1995 prendono in mano la struttura del ristorante Miramare e con coraggio e duro lavoro riescono a risollevare le sorti in bilico dell’attività.

Il pedone della Regina: La Frittura al metro!
Una frittura al metro che vanta un abbondante selezione del miglior pescato seguendo la stagionalità e la disponibilità del nostro mare, composta da un pregiato trancio di pesce spada tagliato ad “S”, gustosissimi calamari dorati, croccanti gamberi alla parigina, gamberoni, frittelline di rosa marina preparate secondo l’antica ricetta cetrarese, alici a beccafico, occhialoni dal porto di Cetraro, Triglie e alici.
Non siamo il solito ristorante con terrazza strabuzzaocchi sul mare che punta tutto sulla location e lascia deluso il palato; non abbiamo bisogno di sponsorizzare il nostro punto d’osservazione privilegiato sul mar Tirreno che ti solletica le narici col profumo di salsedine; da noi vige la parità dei sensi!
Mentre l’occhio attento si delizia all’abbraccio tra sole e mare, il palato si abbandona al piacere dei nostri piatti delicati.
Insomma; se cerchi la location perfetta per fare la proposta di matrimonio alla tua fidanzata, beh gira a largo!

Thank you for giving me this moment of pure romanticism but quiet that I do not want to wake you up because this is not a dream, or at least it’s not ours!

They are the Zicca brothers: Marco, Mimmo and Teresa who in the summer of 1995 take over the structure of the Miramare restaurant and with courage and hard work are able to raise the fortunes in the balance of the activity.

A frying by the meter that boasts an abundant selection of the best fish according to seasonality and availability of our sea, consisting of a fine slice of swordfish cut to “S”, delicious golden squid, crispy prawns of the Parisian, king prawns, pink fritters marine prepared according to the ancient recipe cetrarese, anchovies beccafico, occhialoni from the port of Cetraro, Mullets and anchovies.
We are not the usual restaurant with a terrace overflowing on the sea that focuses on the location and leaves the palate disappointed; we do not need to sponsor our privileged vantage point on the Tyrrhenian Sea that tickles your nostrils with the smell of saltiness; Equality of the senses is in force!
While the careful eye delights in the embrace between sun and sea, the palate is abandoned to the pleasure of our delicate dishes.
In conclusion; if you are looking for the perfect location to make the proposal of marriage to your girlfriend, well go far!

Ich bin mir sicher, dass Sie sich nie für unser Geschäft begeistern würden, wenn Sie nur hören wollten, dass wir die „Branchenführer“ sind oder eine Liste mit immergleichen, langweiligen Zahlen und Daten sehen wollten. Und wer ist dieser mutige Träumer, dem es gelungen ist, eine solche Fata Morgana Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen?

Die Brüder Zicca, Marco, Mimmo und Teresa, übernahmen im Sommer 1995 das Restaurant Miramare und schafften es mit Mut und harter Arbeit, den angeschlagenen Betrieb wieder auf Kurs zu bringen. Ihr Erfolgsrezept? Der Königszug: Meterweise frittierter Fisch! Hier erwartet Sie eine großzügige Auswahl feinster saisonaler Fisch- und Meeresfrüchtespezialitäten, darunter ein begehrtes S-förmiges Schwertfischsteak, köstliche goldene Calamari, knusprige Pariser Garnelen, Riesengarnelen, Rosmarin-Krapfen nach altem Cetraro-Rezept, Sardellen à la Beccafico, Dorade aus dem Hafen von Cetraro, Rotbarbe und Sardellen. Wir sind kein typisches Restaurant mit Meerblickterrasse, das sich nur auf die Lage konzentriert und Ihren Gaumen enttäuscht. Wir müssen unseren privilegierten Blick auf das Tyrrhenische Meer, dessen salziger Duft Ihre Nase kitzelt, nicht extra bewerben. Hier werden alle Sinne verwöhnt! Während das Auge den Anblick von Sonne und Meer genießt, verwöhnt der Gaumen unsere delikaten Gerichte.
